My name is Barry North and I live in Burnham, Mifflin County. I
recently had the pleasure of purchasing an antique oak walk-in
freezer/cooler from Coble's Foods, a meat processing plant in Lewistown, PA
which closed its doors a few weeks ago. The company was in business since
the early 1900's sometime. The refrigeration unit has a metal label on the
front which reads "Banta Refrig. Co., Clearfield, PA". I would like to
obtain some history on this company if at all possible. If you have any
