Does anyone have knowledge of the history
of Knox twp, Clearfield Co, circa 1870-1900?

Seeking major town names, Catholic church names,
cemetery names .... major industries or employers
(coal mining? logging?)...which caused migration
to Knox circa 1870-to late 1880s????

...in search of ancestors
John & Sophia (Kelley) HANEY, born Scotland circa 1850,
emigrated to PA sometime between 1870-1888.
Living in Knox Twp in 1910 (ages 59 & 61).

Awaiting receipt of 1910 census, as well as Soundexes for
1920, 1900, 1880 to try to track them further...
meanwhile, any help/suggestions appreciated!
