Barbara,

Sad to hear that someone has questioned you about your records infringing on
other records. Believe me, I know the feeling!

It's my understanding that if you personally went out and gathered the data,
no one can cause you a problem concerning publishing your material.
Cemeteries are not covered by copyright laws, and gravestones are very
definitely in the public domain.

The decision on what you do with your work is yours alone. It is a huge
compliment to have your data considered worthy of publication.
