Hi All,

Before anyone gets too upset about this virus stuff, here's a URL that
you should check out, nay, bookmark it!

Many, many of the virus warnings that get passed so freely around the
net are hoaxes. There are people out there who amuse themselves by
trying to frighten the rest of us. And if we buy into it, the hoax
becomes the "virus."

In the future, if any of you receive a virus alert, please don't post it
to the list. Instead, send it to me and I'll check it out thoroughly. If
it's the real thing, you can bet I'll let everyone know in a big hurry!!

A couple of things to remember--Never send attachments to the list. Many
folks have servers that just can't handle them. And never open an
attachment from someone you don't know.

The best way to handle attachments is to send them privately after
making arrangements with the recipient. The web can be a fussy place.
