Far to many people have either mislaid or simply ignored the procedures
to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

For those of you who receive the digest format...the uibstructions are
in the beginning of every message you receive. For the mail mode, there
are 2 options. You can refer to your welcome letter or write me
directly.

To manually unsubscribe is not a big thing but to do 41 in a day is
unusual. Please try to be considerate and not write the mailing list
