Hi All,
I have a couple of newspaper death notices from the late 1800's that
read something like this: "...[deceased] died at Custards, Crawford
county..." The way I read the notices, it sounds like "Custards" is a
place, a home, hospital or sanitarium, etc., rather than a location
(town or village). Does anyone know what "Custards" is or was?
