Hi to the list
The last several mornings I have been posting to the list articles out of
the Titusville Newspaper which I ordered through interlibrary loan. I
was researching an accident which my great uncle, Eliphalet Greene, was
killed in. I photocopied several pages. After recording the information
on him, I was intrigued by what was going on in the place he lived. The
many post I sent were only out of a few pages. How I wish I had access
to more of the paper. You who have access to the Newspapers of that time
have a wealth of info on this period of time. Perhaps I could challenge
someone there in Pennsylvania to copy a few pages and post them to the
list to share with us what was going on in those days. They too had
their problems just like we have today.
I wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have much to be thankful
for. Can you think of at least one thing--I am thankful for this list
and the many people who have been such a help to me. THANKS.--Betty
