In response to Charlie, thanks to some others who replied to my query, I learned only yesterday that William Henry Andrews was both a state senator from Pennsylvania to the U.S. Congress and a delegate from the Territory of New Mexico, where he was president of the Santa Fe Railroad. He was born in Youngsville, Warren County, Pa. January 14, 1846 and died on January 16, 1919 in Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico. He is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Titusville, Crawford County, PA.
I am interested in learning if he belongs to the same family of Andrews that you are researching.
