Jan and others,
Yes, there was a hotel in Lincolnville. I have a friend who has a
book about the past businesses which were in Lincolnville. She tells
me that it was a "booming little town". And of course, the Lake which
you mentioned was Canadohta Lake. Tomorrow I will visit my friend who
has all the information about Lincolnville's past with pictures, etc.
Will pass information along on this list. Does anyone have any
questions you would like to have answered?
