Might anyone know of a Paul Blackmer/man who was of Waterford, Erie Co, Pa
in l850 and then of Spartansburgh, Crawford County from l860's onwards. His
wife was Henrietta ? . Paul was a Shoe/Boot Manufacturer.

Any assistance on gaining more information would be appreciated!
