Paul Blackmer is shown on page 313 as a State Representative for
Crawford and Warren Counties along with L.W. Thickstun for 1879 to 1880.
Page 635: The Order of the Guardian Knights was organized in
Spartansburg in 1879. The Supreme Encampment was incorporated October
16, 1879 and it's officers for 1880-81 were: .........Paul Blackmer,
Prelate,.......
Page 605 lists an Ephriam Blackmer and wife as two of the
constituent members of the Richmond Baptist Church organized December
25, 1841 in Rockdate Twp.

Might anyone know of a Paul Blackmer/man who was of Waterford, Erie Co,
Pa
in l850 and then of Spartansburgh, Crawford County from l860's onwards.
His
wife was Henrietta ? . Paul was a Shoe/Boot Manufacturer.
Any assistance on gaining more information would be appreciated!
