When I saw them about 10 years ago, at the Milledgeville Presbyterian
Church, their records began in the mid-1850's.
I'm not sure what church you mean by the "French Creek Presbyterian Church."
If you mean Cochranton, the church records begin in 1847, and the originals
are at the Pres. Historical Society in Phila. However, Rev. S. F. Smith,
the pastor at Cochranton, 1827-1846, kept his own baptismal and marriage
records and they were published in Vol. 5 of Crawford County Genealogy.
There is also a list, published in CCG, of church records held by the
Presbyterian Historical Society, but I cannot lay hands on it just now. If
I recall correctly, some of Gravel Run's records are in Phila., and some are
still held locally.
