Catherine,410 "Dauphin County Deaths, 1788-1838. The original sources
used to compile the following records are unknown. They probably were taken
from county newspapers."
"Mrs Catherine Forster, died on Friday morning, 23 Nov. 1804, in this town,
aged 66 years, and on the Sunday following her remains were deposited in the
burying grounds of Paxtang.

Elizabeth, p.408 -
James,p.408 - "Mary Cavet, of Westmoreland County, died on the night of the
15th of March, 1796. "She was born in Lancaster County, now Dauphin, and
descended of respectable parents, viz: James and Elizabeth Forster"."

"Mrs. Sarah Forster, consort of Colonel Thomas Forster, and daughter of
the late Joseph Montgomery Esq.. of this borough, died at Erie, 27, 1808.

Mrs. John, p.407- "Harrisburg Deaths, 1799-1833. The following record of
deaths is taken from the account books of Robert Sloan, who during that
period was the principal cabinetmaker of the town. the dates are those of
the charges made, which was probably within 48 hours of the decease of the
person referred to."

congregation was established May 16, 1826, by the following persons, who the
constituted its members: George B. Fisher, John B. Cox, William Mileham,
William Putnam, James Woodman, James S. Buchanan, James Peacock, Samuel
Bryan, Alexander C. Wilson, John E. Forster and Joh DePui.

Forster's Island,p.181, Under "MISCELLANEOUS" "In digging a cellar, about
thirty-five years ago, on Forster's Island, opposite Harrisburg, at the
depth of five feet several Indian darts were found. Trees of enormous
growth stood a few year before on the spot where they were exhumed.

p. 345 Under the "HARRISBURG BRIDGE" "The bridge is built upon the "Burr
plan", and is separated by Forster's Island.
