Hi Tom,

I took a look in the Military Records: Civil War Muster Rolls CDs I have.
I found 2 entries for a Jacob H. Klugh.

Enlistment date: 11 Aug 1862 Co H. 122nd Ing. Reg PA, mustered out 15
May 1863

Enlistment date: 23 Jul 1863 Co K 3rd Heavy Artillary PA, mustered out
Fourt Monroe VA 9 Nov 1865

It is quite possible both of these entries belong to the same Jacob H.
Klugh since the enlistment date on the 2nd one is after the muster out
date of the 1st one.

I know you are specifically looking for a Jacob F. but I thought I would
send this info to you just in case, the middle initial in incorrect on
something.

Good luck in your research.
Sue
