Linda,

Perhaps you did not have the information that woman needed, but she
was being EXTREMELY UNGRATEFUL by telling you so. These type of
people, thankfully, are few and far between - it's very discourging
for us when we come upon this situation. It's something like looking
a gift horse in the mouth - I'd take the present back and put her on
the reject list for future look-ups.

Please people, when you receive a response to your look-up be
grateful, whether it helps you or not. Don't discourage the FREE HELP
you are getting, it may not be there the next time!
