Searching for information on Andrew NEWMAN who appears on the 1790 Federal
Census for Dauphin County, PA in Harrisburgh City. The household lists 3
males over 16, 1 male under 16 and 1 female. He is also listed as a
subscriber toward the purchase or the reduction of the milldam on Paxton
Creek on 21 Jan 1795. He does not appear in Harrisburg in the 1800 or
subsequent censuses.

Any info will be much appreciated.
