Can someone please advise how to find a marriage record for Charles M. 
Geurin (Guerin) and Nellie Sponsier, in the Harrisburg area and probably in the 
1880's. 

Can someone please advise how to find a birth record for Luella May Guerin, 
daughter of the above and with a birth date in the 1880's  in
Harrisburg--possibly Oct 30th in the 1880s.
