Subject: Obituary Lookup - LASCOMB

Can anyone give me directions on how to get an obit lookup on the following:

John LASCOMB died of consumption in Ridley Park on July 25, 1956

This statement on a document dated 1863 is the only place I have even found g-
g-grandfather's name. I understand that some records are available in
Delaware County (where?) and some are in Chester County (where?)

This information is needed to establish his parents' names, John's birthdate,
burial place, none of which is documented at this time.

And and all information is greatly appreciated.
