Hi All, I'm searching for information on my ggrandfather George
Washington Phillips. He was born on March 1867 and married Emma Laura
Dorworth of Roxborough at the Media Baptist Parsonage on Oct 16 1890.
On his death certificate it states his father as George and mothers
maiden name unknow. I'v gone to the FHC and everything for Del. county
seems to be restricted. City directories and all. How can I look for
any information from afar? If I have to go to Del. County to find
information, where would I have to go? Help!!! Please!!! Edna
