BURLEY/MINSHALL of Delaware County/PA

Update on my searches on the BURLEY/MINSHALL/Springer research. I 1850/60
There was a Susan Burley who was living without a husband. Well I may have
found him. Any suggestions on what to do?

Federal census for PENN:
Scheeyhill(sp) County of Chester, PENN 22 July 1870;Pg. 32;Line 24

BURLEY, Robert 56, Male, White, Machinist, Born in England, (1814)

Where do I go from here. He is the closest BURLEY in the Chester/Delaware
County area. I did check the Ships list no Robert's but he may have entered
with his parents.

I though it may be a good idea to check the 1880 Census for Chester County
to se if he is alive. I believe when I did that before there was no listing.
