What other spellings for HOE can you think of, or know of, for HOE??

HOW ? HOWE ?? HOUGH ?? come to mind. But maybe I'm missing another
possible spelling?

When was Bucks cnty, PA formed as a county? Is that when parts of Chester
cnty were broken off into Bucks cnty?
