Looking for any Census information on JACOB MILLS who resided in
1860/1880 (Borough of Upland) Delaware County, PA area.

If you can locate ANY information on JACOB MILLS it would help my research.
I have not been able to locate additional information except Jacob was
paying property tax of $600.00 in Borough of Upland, Delaware County, PA
from 1878 till 1886.
I think Jacob may have died in 1887.
