Hi....
I have another question for the great folks on this list.
I was doing a google surname search not really expecting to turn up anything but when I keyed in ALLCUTT, I got an interesting "hit".
It was "The John P. Crozer, II, Mansion" in Upland. What it says is that the "nickname" for this property on the register of historic places is "the Allcutt property".
Do any of you know what this place is or why its nickname would be "the Allcutt property"?? I've certainly heard of Crozer--am wondering if he maybe bought property from an Allcutt......
I'm interested in John Allcutt b. 1833, Rockdale. I'm sure this wasn't his property...but I also know there were other Allcutts in the area; I'm trying to piece them together.
Thanks....
Kathy
