I have a copy of a deed for the sale of my Great great grandfather, John
Maloy/Malloy's home near Broad and Leiper Street in the Township of
Ridley.

Principals are:
Thomas T. Carey, of Baltimore Mariland and Martha, his wife
William McFarland of the Twp of Ridley and Ann, his wife
John Maloy of Twp. of Ridley

Names in description of the lot:
Darby Carr
Daniel Maloy (late)
Jesse J. Maris
Joel Evans
George G Leiper and Eliza his wife

Didn't try to decipher the signatures of the officials & witnesses but i
will if someone is interested.
