(More trivia: Pottstville is also very close to the Mrs. T's Pierogies
factory, and you get samples at the end of that tour as well!)
The kind my uncle used to make was dark like root beer, and that was the best
I've ever tasted, probably just because he made it. The kind I usually see
in our grocery stores is red or clear, and they're both pretty good.
