Hello Everyone:
Ahhhh the sweet smell of "Cotellion", my choice also as a young woman, I
started buying Avon's "To a Wild Rose", in 1952, just a sweet young
teenager...then I moved on to "Here's My Heart", I remember the beautiful
large blue Christmas box, from a boy friend in the Navy in '58, filled with
all kinds of goodies of that scent, cream sachet, body powder, spray
perfume, etc.
Then "Occur" became my favorite, My mother liked Hawiian Ginger,
and a friend liked Persian Wood.

I also had friends that liked the more expensive Shalimar and White
Shoulders, and turned their noses up at my Avon tastes, but for me, my love
affair with Avon of over 50 years, is still strong, though the scents have
changed, or maybe mine have, I still love the original bath oil scent, on a
hot wet face cloth to soothe the skin and senses.anytime .without crawling
into the tub. ......makes you feel pretty darn good..

Thanks for the memories
Lorna June in Edenton, NC
