Not much more; }:-) it's a new minister every three years instead of a new
minister every year. I remember the Bachmans, father and son, from
Schaefferstown; the two of them served the same churches from 1878-1937 and
1938-1959. I remember old "Pappy" Bachman, as he was affectionately called,
with his white goatee and his frock coat with a tail and cloth-covered
buttons in the back. His son was a strapping man who habitually stood with
his hands clasped behind him and rocked back and forth on his toes and
heels.
This is a list of Pastors at St. Paul's (Reformed and UCC)

2002-1747= 255-[9] = 246/16= 15.375 years average. Of, course, if we delete
the double digit pastors from the list; the average term is 37/10= 3.7
years. On the other hand, if we delete the single digit pastors; the average
term is 197/6=32.8 years. Meind, alles foh shposs un nix foh ungoot.
