Lynn,
You are very welcome. I wouldn't know how to bake cornbread any other
way! I can remember my grandma making cornbread this way since I was
just wee little... Knee high to a grasshopper.
The cornmeal directions will usually say to cook in a 8x8 baking pan
at 400*, but follow the ones I use and it should be great. Just
remember to be VERY careful when pouring the hot oil into the cornmeal
mix. I use a whisk to mix the ingredients and then to mix the oil in
too.
