Use any editor or word processor, such as MS WORD.
Use it to open the temple ready file. The file is
only a text file. There is a line near the top, in the
first few lines, that says something like
CHAR = XXXXX
Change what is at the XXXXX to ANSEL
Save the file
then try it again.

Someone brought a Temple Ready file created by PAF5. We wanted to create a
Submission file at the FH Center. We got through several steps and then
were stopped by the following:

Error 4932
Change CHAR line to ANSEL.

There was something about diacritics. The person with the Temple Ready file
was quite positive that all characters were standard English with no special
characters from the Character Map.

How do we change the CHAR line to ANSEL???
