If you added new individuals then the easiest way would be to create an
export gedcom of those people, restore the updated file from temple
ready, then import the new information. If you added information to
existing individuals and know who they are then you can do the same
thing. Personally I would start over with the TR update, using the
current PAF file and making sure NOT to make any changes at home during
the process. Even if you run it in batches, restore the updated file at
home after each batch. It may be possible to merge but you could end up
with duplicate notes or sources. Someone who has done it can probably
clarify if that would be a problem or not.
