"I have been told she can't be sealed to another spouse while living.
Has something changed?"

If the spouses are deceased, she may be sealed to all of them. However,
what the person was asking if she could be sealed to her present husband
even though she was sealed to her previous one. She would have to go
through the First Presidency. She would have to write a letter, etc. It
is a process she would have to go through to do this.
