Hi Tricia,
The FG sheet (& preview) will print all events --- depending on the settings
used in the Report Options ---- no matter what "template" is used. New added
events are placed under an "Other Events" heading ---- one of the FGS report
options is to print "other events" --- this will print the other events in
date sequence (if there is no date, the sequence does seem to get scrambled
from individual to individual) ---- a further FGS report option is to "print
event boxes when blank" --- this ensures every one has the same "boxes", but
may look silly for priesthood ordination against the females (but you could
get around this by having separate templates for males and females where the
boxes printed apply to the template events for each individual).
If you try these report settings, it would be interesting to know if you get
the results you expected.
Good luck.
Stewart

group sheet so that we can get updates. We want to create our own template
that includes "blessing, lds confirmation" for example. I have created a
new template with the changes that I want. I can click on an individual and
see that everything that I want on the new template is there it also shows
at the bottom on the individual screen that I am in the template that I
created. When I go to print reports and then to the Family Group screen,
and go to print preview it isn't the new template and it goes back to
default. This is after making it active. I even uninstalled the program
and installed it again. The new template will work unless I want to print
it out. I have tried I believe almost everything. Even in the help menu it
doesn't say anything about printing a new template.
