Hi Ruth,
I haven't seen any response to your query, so I'll offer some thoughts.

Your question is a bit confusing because you indicate your want to download
the latest PAF to your PC, laptop, and a flash drive, but you don't specify
if you mean the program or the database. If you plan to install PAF 5 onto
a flash drive, you should do it before you install PAF onto your laptop,
because the PAF install program will not allow you to install on a flash
drive if you have already installed it on the host machine. If this is
confusing to you, let me know and I'll send you some detailed instructions.

If you are actually talking about downloading your database, then I
recommend that you use the same file name for all three of your copies of
the database, and always have one of them your master. Whenever you make
changes to any of the other two, restore that copy back to your master and
the third copy. Never ever make unique changes to two different copies and
then restore them to the third. That will nullify the changes to at least
one of the copies.

I would recommend getting a copy of PAF Insights so that you can compare
your copies every once in awhile to make sure they are in synch.
