Anyone who thinks Ontario,,CA,USA is the same place as Ontario,,,Canada
can't be paying attention. Just as anyone who thinks Beauregarde Lee
Johnston Smith who was born in Georgia in 1864 is a middle European
isn't even thinking.
Let's not forget that some of us PAF users aren't submitting the names
for Temple Work, and that our conventions need not satisfy those
criteria. When I was working on "the Book", I was trying to shove 12
generations (roughly 35,000 names) of data plus index into 1000 pages
(well, 1064, actually). It couldn't be done if I spelt out Mississippi
every place it appeared, and it couldn't be done if I used Champaign,
Champaign, Illinois every time it appeared. The data was modified
accordingly.
The point is, one-size never fits anybody.
