PAF Insight is not a Church program. It is a commercial program available at www.ohanasoftware.com.
BTW, one thing people often forget about is that when there is a problem locating things such as that online, they can be searched for with Google or other search engines. Typing PAF Insight into a Google search gave the answer in 0.30 seconds, which is a LOT faster than typing out an email and waiting for a reply.
