As far as I know there is no such animal as an Ancestral File ordinance
reference. The ordinance information you find in the AF is originally from
the IGI and other official temple sources, or personal information, and
anything that was incorporated into an AF submission was there because the
submitter first got it from those sources. Anything in the AF is second hand
at best, and frequently plain wrong.
