Robert,

Others have identified the core of the problem, the file is opening in
Wordpad, which has minimal support for RTF. If you associate all RTF files
with your main word processor, the problem should go away. Or if the RTF
file opens in Wordpad, close it without saving it, and then use the File
menu in your main word processor to open the RTF file.
I once posted a fully-formatted pedigree chart on my website, and someone
complained that the document made no sense. At home it looked perfect, but
while in a FHC I tried opening it, and ouch!!! it opened as garbage in
Wordpad. Back home I saved it as a Word .DOC file and uploaded it again. Now
it would only open in a word processor that could display it properly.

Another, often better alternative: Install PrimoPDF or one of the other good
free PDF writers, and instead of using print-to-file, print it to your PDF
writer instead. The PDF file will look (and print) identical on all current
computers. (Before printing, change the Default Printer to the PDF writer.
Remove the checkmark from print-to-file. Preview your chart, and if it looks
good print it to the PDF writer.) You will probably find yourself using your
PDF writer for lots of things besides PAF.

Let us know how things went.
