I would have to troubleshoot that more, but you can probably work around the
grayed out issue by first going into the printers settings (Control
Panel_Printers and faxes) and right-clicking the PrimoPDF and selecting it
to be the default. When you re-open PAF it should automatically be selected.
Then go back after printing and reset the default to the regular printer.
