Cecilia,

Here is one way to do it: Search menu > AFF > Define > Last changed date >
Is greater than (input a date e.g. 1 Nov 2011) > OK Show results only.

There are also programs such as FamilyInsight that allow you to compare two
PAF files and copy records between them.
