Pat,

Thanks for the address to Carl Thomas' Gen. of Frederick Co., MD.
My Fayette Co. KYLES came from there; I knew Jacob married Abigail GALLMAN
in Frederick Co., MD, in 1786 from church records, but have been uncertain
about who their parents were. Informationon Thomas' web site confirms my
supposition that Jacob's parents were Adam Keil and Elisabetha Sturm. Now
to find the proof!

By the way, is anyone researching the COLEMAN family if Fayette County?
Another Kyle descendant has family info that indicates Abigail's surname
was COLEMAN.
If you give a German pronunciation to Gallman, I think it would sound like
Coleman.
The Stauch/Stough family name became Stow in some papers I've found. Does
anyone online familiar with German have an opinion?
