Hi, I was just talking with a fellow researcher on the phone and she mentioned a resource called....the "Horn Books" (Vol. 1-3). I'm not sure if I have that spelled right but she mentioned that Volumes 1-2 are all script but Volume 3 has all the Fayette County land and early land plots......early as in original landowners (?--that is the topic we were discussing when she mentioned the book:).

I am researching the Dugan/Dougan, McClelland family from Franklin/Dunbar Townships--Robert Dugan is listed as an orginal landowner in Franklin Twp (along with other families his daughters and sons intermarried with) in Ellis' History. I would be interested in researching this Horn Book if anyone knows the full name and if it would be available to long distance researchers (Interlibrary Loan?). I live in Phoenix!!
Thanks so much for your time!
