Hi Terri and Dave,
Newell is a borough in and of itself, and is completely surrounded by
Jefferson Township in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The Monongahela
River is on its' westerly border.
At one time, it was home to a large chemical plant, but I haven't been
there for years. I just don't get over in that direction much.
