Rae Catherine (O'HERN) Bartley, 80, a resident of Manor Care Center,
Monroeville, Pa., formerly of Connellsville, Pa., died peacefully on
Thursday, May 10, 2001.

She was born July 1, 1920, at Trotter, the daughter of the late Clyde
and Catherine (Katie) DUNCAN RAYMOND of Connellsville, Pa.

She graduated from Connellsville High School in 1938, and was a
member of The Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, where she was
a former Eucharistic Minister, and a member of Catholic Daughters of
America Court Annunciata No. 260.

Surviving are her daughter, Patti Irwin and her husband, Larry and
their two sons, Michael and Brian; a son Joseph R. O'Hern of
Connellsville; daughters, Dorothy Mausteller and her two daughters,
Heather and Tiffany of Sacramento, California, Connie and her husband,
Keith Eliou of Mt. Lebanon(Pittsburgh, Pa), and Cathey and Dennis Biondo
and their children, Dennis, Danielle, Philip, and Natalie, all of
Monroeville, Pa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first
husband, Joseph R. O'HERN in 1958; her second husband, Anthony E.
BARTLEY in 1986; a brother John E. (Jack) RAYMOND; and a sister, Dorothy
Hoye Rittenberger.

Friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 111 East
Green Street, Connellsville, Pa., on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., and on
Sunday from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral arrangements will be
announced when completed.



Note: Funeral notice from Sunday, May 13, 2001 same newspaper is as
follows:


Bartley, Rae Catherine O'Hern- Friends will be received at the Brooks
Funeral Home, Inc., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, today from 1
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where a Blessing Service will be held Monday, May
14, at 9 a.m.

A Funeral Mass follows at 9:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Roman
Catholic Church, Connellsville, Pa. with the Rev. Fr. Michael J.
SCIBERRAS as Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery,
Connellsville, Pa.
