Joan, Depends on how much you want to spend or how durable you
want your final copy. I've had very nice results with my local printers
like Copy Cat or whatever. They can do any number and don't
quibble about a minimum number of copies. They can do spiral
binding or nice wrap around glossy covers with glue. And have
them back in just a few days.
