Hi, Greg,

Welcome back! Hope you're feeling lots better! Can your server ISP put
a spam guard on your account? I had that done a month or so ago and
it's wonderful not to have to weed through all the junk mail! They
said, when I asked why they didn't have it on my account in the first
place, due to freedom of information act they can only put it on if the
customer requests it.
