Buna Etta Weimer ROBY, 85, of Smithfield, Pa., died Saturday, October 27, 2001, at home with her loving family (Bonita, Mary Jo, Patricia, and grandson, Gary Wolfe and his wife, Rita) by her bedside.

She was born January 5, 1916, in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of Thomas F. Weimer and Beuna Matlick Weimer.

She was a member of Brownfield United Methodist Church and also The Church of Christ in Nemacolin, Pa.

Her husband, Clarence E. Roby, a son, David E. Roby, four sisters, Freda Johnson, Beryl Brougher, Grace Bixler, and Mabel Turner, one brother, William F. Weimer, and her parents preceded her in death.

Mrs. Roby was the last surviving member of the Weimer family.

Surviving are four daughters: Ellen and her husband, Stanley Wolfe, and Bonita and her husband, Charles Sicina, all of Point Marion, Pa., Mary Jo and her husband, Earl Swaney, and Patricia and her husband, John Moran, all of Uniontown, Pa.; 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

The Family will receive Friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Visitation continues Wednesday, October 31, in Brownfield United Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Madison Stringfellow and the Rev. Bradmon officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
