If you need to find a list - any Rootsweb list - start at
http://lists.rootsweb.com/

There is no easy way via RW to find topical lists, other than to browse.

You might try a net search, use the topic and 'mail list' as search
arguments.

(e.g. a search for "fayette county obits mail list" on Google turns up
the PA-Fayette-Obits list first - and another choice, PA-SW-Obits-L.).


If you cannot find a (surname) list browsing these entries, start at
http://www.rootsweb.com/
scroll down to Mailing Lists
choose Surname List Finder
