Lest you all forget, I'm still searching for proof of parentage of
WILLIAM PERRY BARBER, b. 1814, VT, d. 1887, Warren Co., PA . He married
Rebecca Ann Adkins and had children Mary S., Martha A., Augustine L.,
Hemen, Katherine E. and William Worth - all in PA. between 1840 and 1855.

The most popular choice of parents are WILLIAM BARBER, b.1770, Lansingburg,
Rensselaer Co., NY, m. Hannah Bixby (d/o Jacob Bixby and Sarah Younglove)
1800, Bridport ,Addison Co., VT. This William was s/o JOHN BARBER and
Hannah Gray of Worcester, MA , Lansingburg, NY and Bridport,VT. John was
s/o ROBERT BARBER and Sarah Gray of MA.

Robert and Sarah had children (1727-1738) Hannah, Margaret, James,
Elizabeth, Sarah, John, Martha, Matthew, Nancy, Mary, Joseph, William and
Benjamin.

John and Hannah had children (1757-1778) Sarah, James, John, Betsy, Joel,
John, William, Hannah, and Catherine.

William and Hannah had children (1801-1814) Thirza, Lucy, Phoebe, Asa,
Lovesia, Almira, Jemimah and William Perry.

Any helpful information or suggestions will be very much appreciated.
