Does anyone have any information on the family of Jacob and Rebecca
Jones. In the 1850 Federal census, they appear as follows: (all were
born in PA). in Quincy Twp,

Jacob Jones 40 Laborer, Rebecca 37, George 15, Henry 13,
Frederick 11, Catherine A. 9, William 7, Susannah 5, Mary E. 3,
and Anna R. 1

In the 1860 Federal census in Southampton Twp they appear as:

Jacob 54 day laborer, Rebecca 45, Wiliam 19 Teacher, Elizabeth
14, Ann R. 10, Jacob 6, Susannah 16.

I believe jacob died in Shippensburg 3/25/1863 aged 56 yr 10 mo 8
days and is buried at what was then Christ's Church of Shippensburg
(changed to Evangelical Lutheran ca 1885.

If anyone has any info on jacob, Rebecca or the children...I'd love to
exchange information!
