Subject: [PAFRANKL-L] obtaining marriage certificates

I'd like to get a copy of my great grandparents marriage certificate. All I
have are their names and I know they were md in Franklin Co. with an approx.
date. Is that enough to go on? Does anyone have the address and cost
information. For some reason I can't get the Franklin Co. vitals site to
open to get the info.
Also, would anyone know what information may be included on the certificate?
They would have been md abt. 1910-1913.
Is a simple letter okay or do I need to get a form someplace?
